Credit Notes
What it does
Credit Notes let you issue credits against existing invoices. They reduce the amount owed by a customer and can be applied to open invoices or refunded. Every credit note is linked back to the original document for a clear audit trail.

- Create credit notes from scratch or from an existing invoice
- Apply credit notes to outstanding invoices
- Issue partial or full credits
- Send credit notes to customers by email
- Print or export as PDF
Getting started
Go to Sales > Credit Notes or open an invoice and click "Create Credit Note". Enter the items to credit and issue it to update the customer balance.
