General Ledger

What it does

The General Ledger shows every transaction recorded against each account. It is the most detailed view of your accounting records, showing date, description, reference, debit, credit, and running balance.

Key actions

  • View all transactions grouped by account
  • Filter by date range, account, or search term
  • See running balances for each account
  • Export the full ledger as PDF or Excel

Getting started

Go to Reports and select General Ledger. Choose the accounts and date range you want to review.
