Share Classes
What it does
Share Classes define the types of shares your company issues — typically Ordinary, Preference, or custom classes. Each class has its own nominal value, voting rights, and dividend entitlements.

Getting started
Go to Company Secretary > Cap Table > Share Classes. Create your share classes before recording any share transactions.
