Deals Board
What it does
The Deals Board is a Kanban-style view where you track sales opportunities through your pipeline stages. Drag deals between columns as they progress from prospect to closed-won. Each deal has a value, contact, and expected close date.
Key actions
- Create deals with value, contact, and expected close date
- Drag and drop deals between pipeline stages
- Update deal details and add notes
- View the sales funnel and conversion reports
- Delete or archive completed deals
Getting started
Go to CRM > Deals in the sidebar. The board view shows your pipeline stages as columns. Click "New Deal" to add an opportunity and drag it through stages as it progresses.
