Recurring Transactions

What it does

Recurring Transactions automatically create income or expense entries on a set schedule. They are ideal for regular payments like rent, utility bills, or subscription income that happen at predictable intervals.

Key actions

  • Create recurring income and expense schedules
  • Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom)
  • Pause, resume, and run schedules immediately
  • Duplicate templates for similar transactions

Getting started

Go to Banking > Recurring Transactions. Create a new schedule with the amount, category, and frequency. Activate it and transactions will be created automatically.

Agent-First CLI

Agents and developers can perform these actions via the numbors CLI or MCP tools — no UI needed.

> numbors do "Show recurring transactions"
List recurring transaction schedules

Install: npm install -g numbors · Full API reference
